A Fine Boat, That Coffin! were a German band with over-the-top start-stop arrangements playing in the post-hxc style fomented, briefly, in the mid-2000s. Dozens and dozens of rehearsal hours to remember the sequence of disconnected riffs and sonic ideas, bizarre melodic ornaments and ugly straight-in-the-board guitar.

Am I Dead Yet? were a cult Belgian screamo/emo violence band that existed for exactly one year from June 2005 until June 2006.

Utarid were a screamo band from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Members of the band went on to play in the bands i/am/rain, Kias Fansuri, Elisabelle Tears, Killeur Calculateur and Orbit Cinta Benjamin.

The Mock Heroic were a band from Norwich, England that existed from 2005-2008, playing Screamo/Hardcore while uniquely creating atmospheres that were both fun and foreboding.
