Musically, Det Är Därför Vi Bygger Städer can be said to be influenced by bands such as Saetia, Caetena Collapse, Daitro, La Quiete, etc. Sans Visage is a three-piece band from Tokyo, Japan playing a chaotic and volatile style of music that incorporates elements of emotive hardcore and screamo within their sound. Musically, Sans Visage can be said to be influenced by bands such as Saetia, Orchid, Funeral Diner, and La Quiete.
