Celebrating 20 years since the release of their incredible soundtrack to the experimental soviet documentary film Man With A Movie Camera, The Cinematic Orchestra reissue the album for the first time on 140 gram colour vinyl, in ashen and pewter grey. In a limited edition deluxe foil embossed and debossed gatefold sleeve, the album features updated artwork and new liner notes. With black paper inners, the album also contains previously unseen session photography, presented on a 12” double sided art card insert.
The Cinematic Orchestra, formed by J.Swinscoe and later joined by long-time friend and collaborator Dominic Smith, are one of the UK’s most respected and influential British artists of the last twenty years, creating genre-defying compositions that introduced jazz to a new breed of electronic music fans.
