When will my order be shipped out after placing order?
Surface Noise is a one-man operation, managing both the physical store and webstore. So please allow me 1-3 days to pick your order, pack it and book the courier company. I will update you via email once your order is ready to be collected by the courier company.
How many 12"/LP can you fit in a 1kg package?
For 1kg, I can fit in around 2 x 12"/LP (or 1 x Double 12"/LP). This is inclusive of the packaging. Of Course the more records you order, shipping will be much cheaper than ordering just 1 12"/LP
What shipping company do you use to send out my order?
I usually use J&T, Janio, Aramex, Fedex, UPS, DHL depending on country and location.
What packaging/mailers does Surface Noise use to ship out vinyl records?
We have been using our own custom mailer box for 5 years, a box-in-a-box concept kind of mailer for better protection
When can I expect to receive my order?
For Singapore, It will take 1-2 working days for your order to reach you. For International Orders, It should reach you within 5-10 working days
