Black to the Future is Sons of Kemets fourth album and the follow up to their 2018s Mercury Prize-nominated breakout release Your Queen Is A Reptile. "Black to the Future is a sonic poem for the invocation of power, remembrance and healing. It depicts a movement to redefine and reaffirm what it means to strive for Black power," Hutchings explained in a press release.
